Your property will be in expert hands with Humphreys Residential. Kerry is a CPM® (Certified Property Manager®) and California Real Estate Broker with 35 years of experience in the property management industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Natal University, South Africa and a California Real Estate Brokers License. Kerry has also held a Series 7 Securities license and was employed as an Investment Advisor with Payne Webber. She understands Real Estate from both the investment and management perspective. Kerry started her property management career with Trammell Crow Residential in Phoenix. She then held a position for 15 years as a Director of Operations for the public Real Estate Company BRE Properties in San Diego, where she oversaw the operations of a multi-family portfolio of up to 2000 units.

Kerry served as President of the IREM® San Diego Chapter in 2010 and served on the National Council for IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management)* Kerry also served as a director on the board of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association and is an active member of the Point Loma Real Estate Association and the NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Humphreys Residential is a member of the Southern California Rental Housing Association, where Kerry was on the board for six years and currently serves on the Education Committee.

Vice President

Craig graduated from the University of Natal, Durban South Africa with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He holds a California Real Estate License. Craig also holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the Scottsdale Culinary institute.

Craig handles the bidding and co-ordination of special maintenance projects for Humphreys Residential and provides general operational support; Craig’s extensive operation’s experience in the service environment builds exceptional value for both tenants and owners. We realize that good negotiating skills and the implementation of high standards for work performance reduce asset maintenance costs and ensure the highest possible net cash flow for our owners. Craig’s organizational abilities and communication skills ensure he will handle tenant relations and vendor oversight with the highest level of diplomacy and effectiveness. Craig is a key player in our goal to maintain the appearance and condition of your rental property in the most cost-effective manner.

Property Manager

Windy joined the Humphreys Residential team in 2019, bringing more than 16 years of property management experience, as well as her ever-present 'can-do' attitude. Windy's organizational talents and customer service excellence were honed through her many roles with Lincoln Military Housing, a private-public partnership with the Department of Defense, where among her many duties, she managed a national contact center which oversaw maintenance, reporting, scheduling, training and support of a team of 40 staff. She holds a B.S. from Azusa Pacific University, with emphasis in Organizational Leadership and is the past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) San Diego Toastmasters. Windy's commitment to professional development is ongoing and evident in all her work as Portfolio Manager—she benefits our operations daily with her energy, professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Accounting Manager

Sydney graduated from Northern Arizona University-Flagstaff with a B.A. in English and has spent her professional life working in a variety of property management roles. She excels in wearing multiple hats, studying to be a sign language interpreter, and supporting at Humphreys Residential. Sydney's strong background in writing and her creative flair enables her to develop highly effective marketing materials—tailored to spotlight the best in every individual property and attract excellent prospective tenants. In her free time, Sydney recharges as an artist, runner and devoted mom to her beloved Australian Shepard Bowie and her Cockateel Kudu.

North County Property Manager/Leasing Specialist

Holly is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and Realtor® and was also licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Arizona where she held a Regional Property Management role for a large portfolio. Holly’s entire career has been focused in property management. She has completed the extensive education necessary to hold the Certified Property Manager credential with IREM® (The institute of Real Estate Management) and has earned numerous awards for her excellent customer service, professionalism and dedication to the industry. Holly is based in Oceanside, where she oversees the leasing and management of the North County assets to ensure hands on local management.
